Account information: your name, email address, and the sign-in details managed by our authentication provider.

Order and submission information: the cards you submit, images you upload, grading companies you select, declared values, notes, shipping and tracking details, the recipient name you confirm for your shipping label, and messages you send us.

Purchase information: items you buy, order totals, and fulfillment details. Payments are handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation and limited transaction details but do not collect or store your full payment-card number.

Technical information: basic data your browser sends automatically, such as device and connection information, used to operate and secure the site.

We use your information to provide and improve our services: to create and manage your account, pre-check and submit your cards, process orders and invoices, communicate with you about your orders (including status updates and support), fulfill store purchases, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

We share information only as needed to run the service, including with: grading companies to whom we submit your cards on your behalf; Stripe, our payment processor, to process payments and invoices; our email provider to send you transactional messages; our hosting and infrastructure providers to operate the website; and shipping carriers to deliver items.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to sign you in, keep your session secure, and remember your cart. These are essential to the functioning of the site.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
